What to do before we get there
- Move furniture and electronics out from under the leak, and put a bucket down.
- If the ceiling is bulging with trapped water, poke a small hole at the low point to drain it into a bucket — it is safer than letting the drywall collapse.
- Take photos and short videos of everything before you clean anything up. Your carrier will want them.

What does emergency tarping cost?
It depends on the size and pitch of the area that needs covering. We will tell you the number before we start, and when the work turns into an insurance claim the tarp is usually part of it.
Will my insurance cover storm damage?
Wind and hail damage is typically covered under a standard homeowners policy, minus your deductible. We document the damage and meet your adjuster on site at no extra charge.
